Risk Assessment

Before creating our video we had to create a risk assessment to identify any risks and precautions that we need to be aware of in order to make sure that it was safe where and when we are filming. There are many features that we need to be careful about such as:

• Be careful not to fall into the lake
• Be careful that the actress does not fall over whilst she is turning around
• Check the weather report, to make sure that it isn't going to be too windy to film and that it isn't raining as it isn't raining in the video that we are doing
• Be careful of oncoming traffic
• Ensure that the actress is not allergic to the make-up used in filming
• Be aware that robbery could take place and the equipment may get stolen
• Make sure that the tripod is still on the ground and not too close to the edge of the lake as the tripod and camera may fall into the lake, breaking the equipment and losing our work
